Our Product Range
Using the most modern production facilities, we, as an experienced and professional company, manufacture high-quality rollers. In addition to complete manufacturing, our range of services also includes the refurbishment of rollers, application-specific surface treatments and coatings, as well as heating, cooling, and smoothing rollers. As part of our ServicePlus programme, we also offer special surface treatments and coatings, as well as custom-made products.

Heating and Cooling Rollers
ESWE-FLEX heating and cooling rollers made of steel, stainless steel, or aluminium can be used for various heating and cooling applications depending on the design variant. Depending on the application, the rollers can be equipped with various surface treatments and coatings, including hardening, tungsten carbide, hard coating, hard chrome, PTFE (Teflon®), rubber, and silicone. According to your requirements, surface roughness values of less than Rt 0.2 µm can be achieved through precision machining, depending on the selected coating and manufacturing process.
